PELVIC HEALTH  PHYSIOTHERAPY

Our Pelvic Health Physiotherapists (previously known as Women’s Health Physiotherapists) work with the utmost professionalism and discretion.  Our team can treat a wide variety of disorders and dysfunctions and have many years of experience in this field.

During an initial assessment, your pelvic health physiotherapist will take a thorough medical history to understand your symptoms and how they are currently affecting your physical and mental wellbeing. They may also complete a physical examination  which can help inform the diagnosis and treatment plan. Following this, they will discuss the outcomes of these assessments and help you understand the possible drivers for your symptoms, as well as outlining available treatment options, and possibly commencing some together in the session.. Following your appointment, you may also be given some tailored advice or exercises for you to continue at home.
