VISCERAL THERAPY
Visceral manual therapy utilises techniques to help address issues of the abdominal and pelvic organs. Our therapists use palpation skills to assess and treat any imbalances in the tissues that may present as being uncomfortable and/or tight leading to movement restrictions within the abdomen and trunk.

Visceral release can help individuals who have digestive complaints, constipation, abdominal pain, endometriosis, breathing problems, post-natal women or people who have undergone abdominal surgeries. These techniques are often used in combination with other physiotherapy modalities such as exercises, breathing exercises and other manual therapy techniques of the pelvis and spine.
