Jacek has over 25 years of experience in various treatment and healing methods which he has developed and specialised over his career from traditional Physiotherapy to Visceral work, Breathwork and Energy work. Being able to choose from a wide array of treatment modalities, allows him to efficiently help people presenting with a variety of health issues. Often being able to help where traditional therapies have not been able to.

 

He is able to adapt to treating a the most common musculoskeletal complaints like back pain, sciatica and whiplash injuries as well as more complex pelvic health and digestive issues. He regularly helps people deal with mental health issues like depression, anxiety, and panic attacks understanding and respecting the close link there is between body and mind and how one may coexist and drive the other.

Part of Jacek's expertise lies within Visceral therapy. He has a special interest in the treatment of internal organs and has studied their relation and interactions to all aspects of our wellbeing. As he will quote from what Hippocrates had once noticed: “The root cause of all illness is in the gut”, and like that, we can relate most health problems to the function of our organs.

He successfully applies his techniques to men and women alike.

In his work he utilises a combination manual therapy techniques, acupuncture, therapeutic breath work, exercises, adding diet and lifestyle adjustments to treatment plans as necessary. He is a qualified Bowen practitioner as well as a Reiki master.

 

His goal is to bring balance and harmony in individuals' complex body/mind/spirit matrix, helping them to regain control over their own health.
